Here is how you make Regular Beef Chili:

Cook and drain the beef. Put into large electric roaster. Add salsa (or mixture of salsa and diced tomatoes and/or stewed tomatoes), onions, celery and peppers. Cook until bubbly and vegetables are just starting to soften. Drain and rinse canned kidney beans. Add to mixture in roaster. If serving right away, allow beans to warm. If serving later (excellent when reheated), remove from roaster and chill. You may want to use a large ice chest with ice water (stir the chili occasionally) to provide a fast chill before putting in refrigerator. Also excellent divided among 2 cup containers and frozen.
