Brown sirloin in batches. Remove to bowl with Slotted spoon. Add the ground beef, chorizo, and onion and brown the meat. Return the sirloin to the pot.Stir the remaining ingredients, except garnished. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Before serving, discard cinnamon stick, jalapeno and bay leaves.
