Here is how you make SUPER BOWL CHILI:

Heat olive oil in a very large pot. Add onions and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, approx. 15 min. Add sausage and ground beef; cook over medium heat, stirring, until the meats are well browned. Spoon off excess fat and discard. Stir in tomato paste, garlic, cumin, chili powder, mustard, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, wine, parsley and water. Stir well and simmer, uncovered for about 20-30 minutes.
