Add 2 1/2 cup milk and 1 (14.5) oz can reduced -sodium chicken broth, then stir in 1 (10 3/4 oz/ can condensed cheddar-cheese soup until dissolved; and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cup uncooked elbow pasta; continue to cook, covered, 5 minutes. Sti r in 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes or until pasta is fully cooked. Ladle soup into bows and garnish with diced domato, tortilla, and minced chile.
