The ingredients for Missy's Chili Mac are:

29 oz Crushed Tomatoes
2 cans Rotel
1.5 cup Water
7 oz Green Chili Peppers, canned
4 oz Mushrooms, canned
1 lb ground beef
2 cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, chopped
1 cup Cheese, grated
Cumin
Chili Powder
Granulated Garlic

How Do I Make Missy's Chili Mac?

Here is how you make Missy's Chili Mac:

Saute onions and ground beef until onions are translucent. Drain and rinse. Season with Cumin, Chili Powder and granulated garlic (I used about a Tbs each.) Add salt to taste. Add all remaining ingredients except Cheese. Bring to a boil and then lower heat and simmer until macaroni is tender. Remove from heat and add cheese. Let sit until liquid thickens and serve.
