3 tbsp tomato paste;
1/4 c. chili powder;

1 tsp dried oregano;
1 tsp salt;

1-16oz can red kidney beans or 6 bean medley, drained

1. Brown meat in one tbsp of olive oil (using your favorite spices on the meat.) Draining paper towel. 2. Now, in same frying pan, saute onion, green pepper and garlic cloves until soft, about 6 minutes, transfer to pot. 3. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, beans, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and 2 c. of beef broth, stir very well. 4.
