How Do I Make Skyline Chili?

Here is how you make Skyline Chili:

Brown the ground beef, breaking it up into very fine pieces. Drain as much of the fat off as possible. Cut up the onions and add them and the beef into a large stock pot along with broth. Cook on medium heat until the onions start to soften. Add in all remaining ingredients and let simmer for at least 30 minutes on medium low heat. This can be served after 30 minutes, but I prefer to let it simmer most of the afternoon (4-5 hours) to really marry the flavors.
