2 15-oz tomato sauce

2 T Worcestershire sauce

2 large bay leaf
4 tsp ground cinnamon

Here is how you make WDT 1/2 Strength Cincinnati Chili:

Bring water to boil in 4-6 qt pot and add ground beef. Stir until beef separates and reduce to simmer. Add chopped onions, garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Add spices, salt, and chocolate and bring back to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2.5 hours. Remove bay leaf, cool uncovered and refrigerate overnight. Before reheating, skim off fat.
