Here is how you make Simple Chili- gluten, dairy, egg, nut, soy free:

You want to reconstitute the beans by soaking them for 6-8 hours in a large stock pot (12 quarts). Then bring them to a boil and cook them for about an hour. DO NOT ADD SALT!
