2 beef boullion cube disolved in half a cup of water
3 stalk Celery, raw
1 cup chopped Onions, raw
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned (drained if necessary)
Half a cup of beer
1 to 2 23oz jars of strained tomatoes (passata) or pureed canned
6 cups of red and/or white kidney beans
1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar

3 tsp Frank?s Red Hot sauce (or other hot sauce)
1 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon Bits
2 tsp Worchestershire

1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup cumin

1 tsp each: basil, oregano, cayenne, ground pepper
3 bay leaves

Brown the beef and thoroughly drain the fat. Add to crock pot. Using the same pan, saute the garlic, onion and celery in the boullion broth to soften vegetables and reduce broth. Add this to the crock pot, and make sure to scrape all the browned good bits from the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir thoroughly, and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4. That is it! Serve in a bowl, on it's own or with corn chips for dipping.Serving Size:?Makes 12 servings
