Here is how you make Jim's homemade chili:

Diced pepper and onion. Combine with ground beef until beef is browned. Add tomato sauce, chili season pack (only add the cayenne pepper to your preference, or not at all) water, salt, and diced tomatoes. Mix well and bring chili to a boil, stirring frequently to keep chili from sticking to pot. Reduce to low heat and keep covered for 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes. Add the beans and continue to simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in flour(in the seasoning packet) and continue to simmer another 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Enjoy!
