2 tbsp Chili powder

10 grams Bay Leaf

Here is how you make Tom's Homemade Keto Chili:

Pour Avocado Oil into a pot with onions and peppers and let them heat up and cook for a bit. In another skillet brown and drain the Beef. After Beef has been drained, pour all ingradients except the Bone Broth in together and still. Add Bone broth to get the consistency you like while stirring. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring then simmer for 35 minutes.Top with Cheese, Sour cream and sliced Avocados.
