32 oz. Beef Broth
32 oz. Water
2 Sec Pam Spray to brown meat
1 Cup Onions chopped small
0.5 Cup Green Bell Pepper chopped small
0.25 Cup Corn Masa to thicken the chili

Here is how you make Chili Meat Only:

1. Cut the Stew Meat into smaller uniform cubes.2. Spray a pan with the Pam and heat on high.3. When the Pan is hot, brown half the meat.4. Remove meat to large Pot.5. Wipe clean the pan and spray with Pam.6. Heat the pan and then brown the rest of the stew meat.7. Place in large pot with the rest of the browned stew meat.8. Add the chopped Onions and Green Bell Peppers9. Cook over medium high heat for about 2 hours.10. Finish the Chili off by adding the Corn Masa to thicken.There is no added salt because the Beef Broth has plenty of salt. We serve our chili over our Iron Skillet Cornbread.
