1 lb. Ground Beef
2 cans Kidney beans dark red
2 cans Mushrooms
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 can Tomato Paste
1 can Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Flour (used as a thickening agent)
3 - 4 cups water


How Do I Make Stacy's Chili with Meat?

Here is how you make Stacy's Chili with Meat:

Heat ground beef on Medium High until thoroughly cooked. Then drain, rinse, and place ground beef in slow cooker. Chop onions and place in slow cooker. Then add beans, mushrooms, garlic, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and flour. Mix ingredients so that the flour does not clump when adding water. Then add tomato paste and tomato sauce and stir. Then add water until the slow cooker is full and stir. Heat on high for 2-3 hours, then heat on low for additional 2-3 hours stirring periodically.
