Here is how you make Hearty Pork Chili:

Heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 3-4 minutes. Add pork and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring with wooden spoon to break up large pieces. Add chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, and paprika and cook, stirring, until spices are slightly toasted and fragrant, 1-2 minutes.Stir in beer and soy sauce. Add chili beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, and 1 cup water and mix well. Add bay leaves and oregano and stir to mix.Bring chili to a low boil and cook 10-15 minutes, stirring about every 5 minutes.
