What Are The Ingredients For Spicy Pork Chili Recipe?

The ingredients for Spicy Pork Chili are:

Cut pork into small bite size pieces

Chop green pepper. In food process add green onions, onion, Jalapenos, and garlic. Process fine.

Spray large pot with cooking spray. Add vegetables. Saute over medium-high heat 10 minutes. Remove from pot.

In bag combine flour and other seasonings. Add pork and shake to coat.

Melt margarine and add meat and 1/2. Stirring to coat. Remove meat.

De-glaze pan with 1/2 cup water on high heat.
Add remaining flour/seasoning mix, stirring to avoid clumps. Whisk in 1 cup water until thickened.

Add veggies and meat.
Add tomatoes, drained kidney beans, chili beans (un-drained) and diced green chilies. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 hours.

Can be served as is, over rice, spaghetti or mashed potatoes.

Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
