Here is how you make Dad's Protein Chili:

I am not a fan of whole beans so I actual drain the beans and then place the beans into a blender and add some of the tomato juice, and the Jalapenos intothe blender and blend them up then pour it into a large pot and let it start warming. Repeat this process until all the beans are ground up. Once you pour in the 1st blender load turn on the burner to a medium heat and begin warmingKeep back 3 cups of tomato juice for later then add the rest to the pot and stir it all together Cook your ground sausage 1stAdd the sausages links - cook them a little then cut them into small part and finish cookingAdd the ground beef and the chopped onion - cook the meat thoroughlyAdd chili powder and any other seasonings you normally would add to meat and mix throughAdd the remaining 3 cups of Tomato Juice to the meat mixture stir through then add 2 cups of minute rice.
