1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pepper
7 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream

Coat large saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium high heat. Add meat, onion and garlic; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well, return mix to pan.
