How Do I Make Sarah's Super Chili?

Here is how you make Sarah's Super Chili:

Brown hamburger along with onion, green pepper and garlic. Season as desired. I use chili powder, basil, oregano, pepper and about 2 TBS of worchestire sauce. Rinse all beans except chili beans. Add to meat mixture. Then add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce along with water. Bring to a good simmer and then lower temp.
