Makes 10 ServingsBrown meat, onion, garlic, and spices. Once fully cooked drain the meat.Drain the canned beans and put in slow cooker.Add meat to slow cooker.Add corn to slow cooker.Cook on high for about 2 hours or on low for 6 hours. This dish is super versatile.Serve with cornbread and maybe a bit of cheese on top!This recipe would have way less salt if I used dry beans instead of canned. Enjoy! Also, add spices to your taste. Most spices are pretty free of calories, so just add what you like.
