4 oz. can chopped jalapenos (use chiles to cut heat)
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz. can tomato paste
12 oz. IPA or stout beer
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
4 TBSP chili powder
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
1 TBSP cumin
3 bay leaves
pinch cinnamon (optional)
2 14 oz. cans pinto beans

Here is how you make Chrissy's Spicy Chili:

Heat oil in large pot. Season beef cubes with salt and pepper. Brown meat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic and peppers and cook until meat is cooked through. Stir in tomato paste and beer. Bring to a simmer and add remaining ingredients, except for the beans. Let simmer for about 3 hours, until chuck is fork-tender. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Stir in pinto beans and cook until heated through.
