Here is how you make Healthy Chili:

Saute onions in olive oil (can use less oil if preferred). Brown meat, while meat is cooking put carrots and zucchini through food processor. Dice tomatoes, drain fat from meat and add all vegetables and chili peppers. Add broth (i buy low sodium), spices and bring to boil. the carrots and zucchini thicken the mix so no thickening agents needed. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
