Here is how you make Jo's Home Cooked Chilli Con Carne:

Chop up bacon into small pieces, add bacon and mince into large cast iron pan and cook. Once meat is cooked drain fat off. Chop onions and peppers into small pieces and to meat. Cook until onions are soft, add smoked paprika, tinned tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil, then turn down and let it all simmer away gently for a couple of hours. SERVE with basmati rice (Not included in recipe) I batch cook this and use two servings for the two of us, the freeze the other six portions. I usually cook this a day ahead of when we want to eat it.
