2 serving Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon Instant Broth & Seasoning
4 tbsp Chili powder
6 tsp Garlic powder
0.25 tsp Ground Red Pepper (by --SHELLEY--)
1 tsp Paprika
4 tbsp chopped Onions, raw

Here is how you make Keto/LCHF/Low Carb Chilli:

Cook onions. Toss in beef and seasonings, let simmer. Do not drain (unless you desire, I prefer the fat flavor), toss in tomato and broth and simmer for a few minutes. Toss in beans the last two minutes of cooking. The longer it simmers the more flavors come out. Top with sour cream or cheese, or even low carb friendly veggies! For a thinner chilli add water or more broth. This makes a medium thickness of chilli, adding more broth or water will increase the number of servings. This recipe is meant for the legumes stage of Atkins, or 30-40g of net carbs per day.
