Brown extra lean ground chuck in skillet. Add onions and bell pepper to saute'. Add seasonings, I use cumin, chilli powder, and creole seasoning. After vegetables are saute'd, add Mexican Rotel Tomatoes. Let cook for about 10 minutes, then add 2 cans reduced sodium tomato sauce and beans. Let cook about an hour.
