Cook until onions are soft and meat is browned.Add habenero (or other peppers), cilantro, leek, tomato, and water. Stir to combine. Cover and seal the pressure cooker, adn cook at high pressure for 45 minutes. Remove pan from heat, and let the pressure cooker cool.Once cool, remove the lid and stir in the coconut milk.
