3-4 kashmiri red dried chillies (if unavailable, add some deghi mirch powder or paprika directly into the curry)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tsp coriander seeds
2 black cardamom pods
2 cloves
1/4 tsp black peppercorns

For Green masala paste - to grind
4-5 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger pieces (about same amt as garlic)
3 hot green chillies
1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
2 tbsp water

salt
lemon juice
