Here is how you make Chinese dumplings:

Dumplings1. Chopping the pork, ginger, garlic, green onion and cabbage to finely shredded. 2. In a large bowl, combine the pork, ginger, garlic, green onion cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, and egg. (The ingredients doesn?t need to put in the bowl in order).3. Stir until well mixed.4. Place 1 heaping teaspoons of pork filling onto each wonton skin.5. Moisten edges with water and fold edges over to form a semicircle shape.6. Roll edges slightly to seal in fillings7. Set dumplings aside on a lightly floured surface until ready to cook.8.
