Preheat oven to 375. Cook meat,onion, and garlic in skillet. Stir in salsa, beans, and enchilada sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer stirring frequently 5 min or so.Layer half of tortillas on bottom of sprayed casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 of meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese.
