4 cloves Garlic, smashed, peeled & diced
1 tsp. Basil, dried
1 tsp. Oregano, dried
1.5 cup liquid Beef broth, bouillon or consomme
1.5 cup cooked White or Brown Rice
1.5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup French Fried Onions, broken up
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, part skim, grated

Here is how you make Italian Sirloin - Easy One-Dish Meal:

Slice sirloin into thin strips. Cook onion, garlic & sirloin in heated oil on medium-high heat in 11" frying pan (covered) until sirloin is lightly browned on both sides, about 2 minutes each side, and onion has begun to carmelize. Remove contents of pan to bowl and set at back of stove.Add basil, oregano, and tomatoes to pan & cook for 3 minutes. Add beef broth and Worcestershire Sauce and cook for 2 minutes more. Add rice to pan, stir up, and then put sirloin & diced raw onion/garlic mixture back on top. Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.Stir all together. Spoon into low flat bowls.
