1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (if desired)
1 tsp Garlic Salt (if desired)
1 pkg of Chicken Stuffing mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup BBQ Sauce (your preference on flavor), divided


How Do I Make Easy and Yummy Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Easy and Yummy Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly with a fork. Place lean ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, stuffing mix, water, beaten eggs and 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce in a large bowl. Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon just until blended. Shape meat mixture into an oval loaf in a 13x9 inch baking dish. (Using a larger dish makes it easier to pour out and discard any excess fat.)Top meatloaf with remaining 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce.Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.
