Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Combine all ingredients listed for the meatloaf and mash together well and then shape into a small loaf. Place on a pan (preferably one where the fat can drain) and cook at 350 for about an hour.Then, combine 1/2 cup of ketchup with 1/2 tbsp chili powder and salt to make the glaze.
