6 tablespoons of McCormick's Brown Gravy Mix
3 oz (approx 14) baby carrots
1 large stalk of celery
2 tbs of Dried Minced Onions
2 tbs oil

How Do I Make Quick and Easy Deer Stew?

Here is how you make Quick and Easy Deer Stew:

Cook baby carrots, sliced celery and dried onions in 6 cups seasoned water until carrots are tender, let cool. Quick sear deer meat in 2 tbs of oil for 5 minutes on each side then place in 350 degree oven for approx 15 minutes till internal temp is 145-150 degrees. Remove from oven, cool enough for handeling. Cut meat into desired pieces (I like mine small, 1 1/2 inch ver thin slices)Take vegetable broth, making sure you have 4 cups of broth (approx 2 will boil away in the process) and add brown gravy mix.
