Here is how you make Fast and Easy Stir-fry:

Cook onions,mushroom and peppers in extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat 5-10 minutes. Add snap peas and broccoli cook for additional 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and cook a couple minutes, remove from skillet. Add kielbasa into the same skillet, cook for 5-10 minutes to brown, add Teriyaki sauce & cook an additional 5 minutes. Return veggie mixture to pan and cook 3-5 minutes to reheat. Serve with or without brown rice or wheat noodles. Serves 6 1 -cup servings
