1 tblsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 tsp salt

1.Preheat oven to 350?F. Lightly spray 11 x 7-inch or 2-1/2-quart glass or ceramic baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.2.In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently. With slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towel-lined plate. Remove and discard all but 1 tablespoon bacon drippings from skillet.
