Here is how you make Biscuits and Gravy Egg Bake:

Preheat oven to 425. Grease 9x13 pan, brown sausage, but up biscuits into small pieces with scissors. Put biscuits in pan and spread browned sausage over biscuits. Spread cheese over the top. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces. Server gravy over the top. Gravy: Make while egg bake is cooking. Melt butter in same pan used for browning sausage, add 3 TBLS flour and cook a couple of minutes.
