While that is going I take 12 eggs and put in mixing bowl, add heavy cream and pepper. Whip until mixed. I then pour half the cheese and bacon mix into the egg mixture. I use a 9x12 pan and spray it with Pam so it does not stick. Last step is to pour the mix into the 9x12 pan and pop in the oven. I cook for 30 minutes and then add the rest of cheese.
