Here is how you make Ham and Pepper Egg Bake- So Beach Phase 1:

Coat a baking dish with spray. Preheat oven to 350*.Heat a 12' skillet over med-high heat. Coat with spray. Saute' ham and peppers & onions until all water is evaporated (5mins), add seasonings. Continue to cook until golden brown (2mins). Remove from heat and let cool slightly.In a mixing bowl beat eggs thoroughly. Add 1 c of cheese and ham and pepper mixture, stir well to combine. Pour into prepared baking dish.
