Spray a silicone mold (for mini-muffins or eggs) with vegetable spray, like Pam.Line each egg cup with a piece of bacon. Pour in about 1/4 cup egg mixture into each cup. Using a silicone lift or folded aluminum foil that extends beyond the Instant Pot, lower the silicone egg molds (stacked) into the pot. Using "Egg" setting, cook for 8 minutes. Allow too cool 10 minutes before releasing pressure. Makes 14; you can add veggies of your choice, use ham, or turkey sausage, or other meat (or none). I prefer a naturally smoked Gouda cheese, but you could use cheddar, Swiss, or any hard/semi-hard cheese you like.
