12 oz whole wheat egg noodles
3/4 c chicken broth
1 c cubed ham
1 c frozen peas

How Do I Make Egg Noodles with Ham and Peas?

Here is how you make Egg Noodles with Ham and Peas:

Boil the noodles. About half way through the cooking time add the ham and peas. While noodles are cooking, saute the onion in 1 T butter. Drain noodles, peas and ham. Add the onion and put back into pot. Melt 1 T butter and lightly toast bread crumbs. Add chicken broth and stir on med high heat until thickening. Then add the half and half. Stir until thick.
