Wet last corner and stick to hold egg roll together. MY SON LOVES HELPING ME ROLL THE EGG ROLLS, OR MAKE FUN SHAPED WONTONS.Once the oil is hot put in a few at a time, takes about 5 minutes each set of egg rolls.
