Here is how you make Fajita Egg Rolls:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a cookie sheet. Slice steak into thin slices, and heat a skillet with a little oil or cooking spray. Put steak in pan, and when browned on both sides, add rest of veggies, cover and let cook for about 3 min. Get wrappers ready, put meat and veggie mixture into middle, a little cheese on top, and use egg wash around sides, wrap up and place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 15 min.
