What Are The Ingredients For My Egg Rolls/WonTons Recipe?The ingredients for My Egg Rolls/WonTons are: Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 16 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square)Ground Pork, 3 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Cooking Spray How Do I Make My Egg Rolls/WonTons?Here is how you make My Egg Rolls/WonTons: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground pork until no pink is left, drain and set aside. In same pan, cook onions, green peppers, cabbage, mixed vegetables and pepper until all vegies are soft. Take out of pan put in colinder to cool, bout 30 mins. Once cool, mix with meat and mix together. Take 1 wonton wrapper and lay on flat surface, take bout 1 tsp of mixture and put in center of wrapper and fold in sides then fold top down to cover filling, then roll and dab a little water on last corner to seal. Continue until all wrappers are used up, any left over filling can be frozen. Place filled wrappers on parchment paper on cookie sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray and put in oven. Bake for about 8 mins, or until wrappers are golden brown.
