If you like, season with Taco seasonings or other spices. I use Garlic, Cumin and Oragano. Add a can of Wolf Brand Chili and a jar (small or medium) of picante, stir and add another can or water and make the mixture soupy. Keep over medium heat add Cheddar cheese, it should melt in just a few minutes. I use a glass pan that is just smaller than a 9x13, perhaps it 8x11. preheat oven to 400.Spoon Mixture into a flour tortillia and roll leaving the ends open. Repeat, I usually have 7-8 in the pan when I run out of room. Pour a little of the mixture on top and the remaining cheese. Bake in the over 15 to 20 minutes unitl the cheese is melted and the ends of the flour tortillias are brown and crispy.I usually serve with spanish rice, sour cream, and a few chips.note- there might be some soupy mixture leftover, I like to save it and use it with nachos or as a dip.
