2 Red Bell Peppers, diced
Minced Garlic, 2 heaping tablespoons
Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
Allspice, dash
3 jars of Sprouts Green Enchilada Sauce
Lawry's Low Sodium Seasoned Salt, just a dash on the meat.

Here is how you make Layered Enchiladas:

Preheat the oven to 350 degreesdice the onions and bell peppersin a large nonstick skillet, place the onions, peppers, and garlic, saute until the onion is transparentadd the ground beef, breaking it apart so you will have crumblescook the meat thoroughly, then add one jar of enchilada sauce and allow it to simmer for about 10 mins.Pour the remaining 2 jars of sauce into a medium mixing bowlbreak apart tortillas and dip them in sauce, covering them completely, then arrange on bottom of good sized casserole dish ( you could use the long rectangle pyrex or the large round one)place the refried beans in an even layer on top of the tortillas, sprinkle with some cheesemake another layer of tortillas on top of the beans and add beef mixture, spreading it out evenly across the tortillas, sprinkle with some cheeseadd another layer of tortillas, sprinkle with remaining cheesebake in oven for 35 to 45 mins depending on your oven and how crispy you like the cheese on top.Serving Size:?Makes 12 servings, approx. 1 cup each.
