Add onion, beans and spices. Mix thoroughly over medium heat in fry pan. Add water and allow to bubble until everything is hot.Pour half the enchilada sauce into the bottom of an 8x10 pan.Microwave the tortilla shells for 30 seconds. Fill each shell with approximately 1/4 cup of meat and bean mixture. Fold up the tortillas around the meat filling and place in the enchelada sauce until you have filled all 12 tortillas.
