Take and start heating up chicken stock in a pot. Boil pasta according to box directions. In a skillet put oil and heat up. Add garlic and onion (both minninced) and saute`. Once chicken stock starts to simmer add milk and be sure to whisk while you add it. Add garlic and onion to pot. Let come to a boil. Once at a boil add cheese to mix and whisk till creamy. let simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.Drain pasta and add to sauce.
