I have tried using all kinds of mixing tools and nothing seems to work as good as mushing the mixture in your hands.Spray a glass or metal baking pan with cooking spray.Form mini loaves, 4 oz each, yes I measured them, and place them in the pan. Coat the tops of the mini loaves with 2 Tbs Catsup.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.Makes 12 4oz individual serving loaves at about 130 calories each.
