Salisbury SteakCombine all ingredients with hamburger; mix gently. Shape into 6 oval patties, about 3/4-inch/2-cm thick. Spray skillet with Cooking Spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add patties; cook 3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove patties from skillet; set aside. Drain skillet, if necessary.Add Mushrooms to Skillet, cook until brown. remove from pan and set aside.Mushroom GravyCombine all ingredients except mushrooms and patties, and pour into same skillet.
