Here is how you make Amy O's Low Fat Stroganoff:

Simmer bison in organic vegetable broth for 45 minutes until tender. Remove from vegetable broth. Saute onions and mushrooms they are soft. Add bison, yogurt, sour cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Stir well. Cook noodles according to package. Spoon out 1/2 cup of sauce and put in a small bowl. Add 3 tbs of Wondra and stir until smooth. Add to sauce to thicken.
